We invite you to join the course “LeOn – Getting Started”, which introduces the basics of using the LeOn platform and presents its features and capabilities. This course is suitable for those who are just beginning to use IT tools to support on-campus teaching and want to learn the functionality of this popular Moodle-based educational platform. Learners who already have experience and wish to expand their knowledge and skills in using the platform will also find relevant information.
The course is available in an open format, allowing anyone interested to self-enrol. After logging in and following the link to “LeOn – Getting Started”, you will see information about self-enrolment. Once you enter the course, it will appear under “My courses”.
To complement the training materials, we recommend the dedicated video series "Top 7 Features of the LeOn Platform". In seven short videos, we demonstrate the basics of working with the platform in the daily practice of an academic teacher: how to create a course, archive educational materials, write a message to students, create and approve course regulations, prepare assignments for students and collect submissions, and check attendance in class. The order of the videos is deliberate, so it is recommended to watch them sequentially, starting with the introductory material dedicated to navigating the platform.
